Sarah Esi Tom-Aggrey, founder of Divine Elegance, has always had a profound passion for detail, organisational excellence, and the growth of the people and businesses she works with. Sarah has served as HR Director for a major business restructuring company in Ghana, where she gained hands-on experience leading organisational change, shaping talent strategy, and helping businesses rebuild resilient teams through periods of transformation. This experience sits at the core of what Divine Elegance offers today — practical, people-centred HR and restructuring support grounded in real operational experience, not theory.
